| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料调查法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数据统计法、逻辑分析法等对67名高校武术套路运动员在新规则下难度动作损伤情况按运动损伤的种类、组织部位、具体部位以及损伤病程进行调查研究,并结合武术套路自身的特点对损伤原因进行分析。为高校武术套路运动的教学、训练和比赛中运动损伤的预防提供参考依据。

| Abstract: | In this paper,we used such methods as information survey,expert interviews,questionnaires statistics and logical analysis to investigate and analyze 67 cases of injuries in different parts of body of college students who majored in and show their martial arts under the new martial arts rules.It also analyzed the causes of such injuries for the purpose of providing references for martial arts teaching,training and for the prevention from injury in competition. |
