| 摘 要： | 从社会经济、噪声、废气污染、地质水文及生态等方面介绍了西部高等级公路建设对环境生态的影响，并就植被保护、水土保持、土地资源保护、公路设计等方面提出了具体建议，最后阐述了西部高等级公路建设与西部生态生境保护及区域可持续发展战略思想的辩证统一关系。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the influence of economy, noise, exhaust gas, geology, hydrograph and zoology on the environmental zoology during the construction of highway in west area and so on, brings forward advice about the vegetation protection, soil holding, land resources protection, highway design etc. and expounds the apology and unification relationship among the construction of highway , the protection of environmental zoology and the idea of sustainable development in west area. |
