摘    要:用热电偶作为温度传感器,在应用中要进行参考端补偿及线性化处理。过去常规的方法是靠硬件补偿和校正非线性,误差较大,现今以89S51MCU为核心的水浴温度控制系统,采用线性拟合算法来处理这两个问题,可以达到相当高的测量准确度,从而使水浴温度恒定。

Abstract:Using thermocouple as a temperature sensor,reference junction compensation and linearization should be conducted in applications. Conventional approach is to rely on the hardware compensation and correction of nonlinear which will cause big error.Modern solution is to use water bath temperature control system with 89S51MCU as the core technique,using linear fitting algorithms to tackle these two problems;it can achieve very high accuracy,so that a constant temperature of water bath can be achieved.
