| 摘 要： | 随着大学毕业生就业形势的日益严峻，大学生的就业成本也越来越高．针对这一具体情况，笔者设置问卷随机抽样调查西部大学生就业成本，研究大学生就业成本的主要构成要素以及降低成本的策略，为降低大学生就业成本提供参考．

| Abstract: | With the increasingly serious situation of the employment of college graduates,the employment costs of college students are higher.In view of the specific circumstances,questionnaires were made to random sampling of employment cost of college students in western of China,and the main elements of the employment cost of college students,as well as the strategy of reducing costs,were explored,which provide references to the employment of college students. |
