数字化埋弧自动焊机控制器的设计

摘    要:介绍了一种双单片机80C196KB数字控制系统晶闸管整流焊机系统软、硬件设计方案。采用键盘和液晶显示器(LCD)设计人机接口电路,达到简单、直观地设计埋弧自动焊规范参数预置、显示等功能。利用不同的计算偏差进行积分分离PID控制算法调节,获得陡降、缓降、恒流及恒压4种输出静特性。送丝速度采用电枢电压和电弧电压反馈进行双闭环PID控制。研制出的样机具有良好的稳定性、可靠性和适应性。

Abstract:The hardware and software design of a digital control system based on two pieces of 80C196KB MCU is introduced in this paper.By adopting keyboard and liquid crystal display,a man-machine interface has been designed,which can set and display submerged arc welding parameters easily and directly.And controlled by PI algorithm with different error calculations,the welding power source acquired the output characteristics of constant current,constant voltage,slow and quick current descending.Wire feeding velocity performs motor armature voltage feedback and arc voltage feedback respectively by two PI adjusters.The submerged arc welder presents good performance in stability,reliability,adaptability and operates easily.
