摘    要:
建筑工程施工危险性高,作业人员的安全是整个工程项目的生命线,而施工人员的安全意识对作业是否安全起着至关重要的作用。为分析施工过程中作业人员安全意识对作业安全的影响,利用自制调查问卷,对湖南某房建项目一线作业人员的安全意识水平进行多次调查,根据调查结果,得到基于不安全意识而引起不安全作业行为的主要影响因素,并采用改进层次分析法构建起安全意识对作业安全影响的数学模型,实现安全意识水平对作业安全影响定量分析。结果表明:作业人员安全意识对作业安全影响,可分为4个一级影响因素,14个二级影响因素,通过对建筑工人作业安全的影响路径构建作业安全的数学模型,并进行了重要度分析,得出人的行为意识中安全基础知识是最重要的影响因素,为提高作业的安全性及实现工程项目安全管理提供科学依据,具有很好的可推广性。

Abstract:
The risk of construction work is very high, the safety of workers is the lifeline of the whole project, and the safety awareness of construction workers plays an important role in the safety of work. In order to analyze the influence of the safety awareness of the operators in the construction process on the operation safety, the self-made questionnaire was used to investigate the safety awareness level of the front-line operators of a housing construction project in Hunan Province for many times. According to the survey results, the main influencing factors of the unsafe operation behavior caused by the unsafe awareness were obtained, and the improved AHP was used to construct the safety awareness of the front-line operators The mathematical model of the impact of job safety can realize the quantitative analysis of the impact of the level of safety awareness on job safety. The results show that there are four primary and 14 secondary influencing factors on the safety awareness of construction workers. By analyzing the influence path of construction workers" safety, the mathematical model of the safety awareness of construction workers is built, and the importance is analyzed. It is concluded that the basic knowledge of safety is the most important influencing factor in the awareness of human behavior, so as to improve the safety of construction work It can provide scientific and reasonable basis for project managers to realize safety management and has good popularization.
