上下级沟通、组织承诺与大学生就业稳定性的关系

摘    要:为研究上下级沟通、组织承诺与大学生就业稳定性这三者之间的关系,采用因子分析与回归分析方法构建上下级沟通、组织承诺与大学生就业稳定性的关系模型,采用多阶段抽样法,对456名大学毕业生进行问卷调查。研究结果表明:上下级沟通和组织承诺均能正向影响大学生就业稳定性,越是良好的上下级沟通和组织承诺,大学生就业稳定性越强;同时,上下级沟通还正向作用于组织承诺,组织承诺在上下级沟通对大学生就业稳定性的正向影响中起中介作用。

Abstract:In order to study the relationship between communication between superiors and subordinates, organizational commitment and employment stability of college students, the relationship model between communication between superiors and subordinates, organizational commitment and employment stability of college students was constructed by using factor analysis and regression analysis.The results show that the communication and organizational commitment between superior and subordinate can positively influence the employment stability of college students. The better the communication and organizational commitment between superior and subordinate, the stronger the employment stability of college students.Meanwhile, communication between superior and subordinate also plays a positive role in organizational commitment. Organizational commitment plays an intermediary role in the positive influence of communication between superior and subordinate on employment stability of college students.
