导管架平台的随机有限元可靠度分析

摘    要:海洋工程中存在诸多的不确定性因素。从结构材料性能参数到所受到的主要荷载,无不存在随机性。传统的确定性分析方法已不能满足要求。以数理统计和概率论为基础的可靠性设计方法现在成为趋势。由于海洋荷载的复杂性,在导管架可靠性设计时,采用随机有限元和可靠性理论相结合的方法,及蒙特卡罗随机有限元法。采用功率谱密度方法对导管架平台进行波浪载荷作用下的随机动力响应谱分析。在考虑风载荷、波浪荷载以及海流荷载等不确定因素条件下,借助有限元软件ANSYS概率设计模块,用蒙特卡罗随机有限元法对结构可靠度进行综合评估。并分析各种载荷因素对平台可靠度的影响,得到了较满意的结果。

Abstract:There are many uncertainties in the ocean engineering.The material properties and primary load all have randomness.Traditional certainty analysis method can not meet the need in engineering.The reliability design has become the trend of development which base on the mathematical statistics and probability theory.When designing with probability of Jacket platform,monte-carlo stochastic finite element method is used,combination of stochastic finite element method and reliability theory.The spectrum analysis of random dynamic response of jacket is studied with the wave load by method of PSD.The PDS modules monte-carlo method of finite element software ANSYS is used to assess structural reliability synthetically and compare the effects of different loads,considering uncertain factors such as wind,wave,current.The results are satisfactory.
