涡轮叶片表面温度分布测量方法

摘    要:针对涡轮叶片表面温度不易测量的问题,利用辐射测温和扫描技术,提出了一种通过45°旋转反射面扫描系统测量涡轮叶片表面温度分布的方法.通过与叶片参考结构的对比,分析了涡轮叶片表面温度分布与叶片内部结构的关系.实验结果表明,面扫描系统可以简单、有效地提取涡轮叶片表面温度分布特征.

Abstract:For it is hard to measure turbine blade surface temperature by using the radiation thermometry and scanning technology, this paper designs a 45° rotation and reflection surface scanning system to measure turbine blade surface temperature distribution. The relationship between turbine blade surface temperature distribution and the internal structure of the blade is analyzed by comparison with the blade reference structure. Experimental results show that the surface scanning system is simple and convenient, and it can effectively extracts turbine blade surface temperature distribution characteristics.
