| 摘 要： | 清末新政时期直隶地区发生过一次规模宏大成效显著的禁烟运动,无论是社会民间团体还是清朝统治阶层甚至外国侵略势力,参与到禁烟运动中.直隶禁烟运动所以取得不错成绩,与晚清实权人物、时任直隶总督的袁世凯密不可分.

| Abstract: | The New Deal period in the Late Qing Dynasty, Zhili Province happened in a targe scale ofectire anti -smoking campaign, even social groups, the Qing Dynasty ruling class and foreign invasion forces, all sit up and raked notice to Zhili＇ s anti - smoking campaign. Zhili campaign gained so good achievement was insepara- ble with Yuan Shikai, the real power figure of the Late Qing Dynasty, the governor of Zhili Province. |
