| Abstract: | The traditional library management mode, which makes the problem of the occupational plateau of university librarians very serious, has great influence on the increase of the working efficiency and the improvement of the service quality of the library. This paper analyzes on the reasons of the"occupational plateau" and its negative influence, and advances some effective countermeasures. |
