蜗杆副材料ZQSn_(12-2)-S16MnCr的摩擦学性能

摘    要:对10组不同的蜗杆副材料组合进行了摩擦学性能研究.在无润滑和常温条件下,得到了不同速度和载荷时的摩擦学参数及摩擦表面的电子显微镜照片.经分析,给出了摩擦学性能的比较结果,表明ZQSn12-2-S16MnCr为最佳蜗杆副新材料组合.

Abstract:xperiments on tribological performance have been made with couples of worm gear with 10 different combinations of material. The experiments were made at room temperature without lubrication. Tribological parameters at different velocities and under different loads as well as a large number of SEM micrographs of friction surfaces were obtained. The comparison betWeen the tribological performances show that ZQSn12-2-S16MnCr is the best combination of material for couples of worm gear.
