汽车轮毂轴承威布尔分布的寿命预估软件开发及应用

摘    要:针对威布尔分布参数计算的繁琐问题,同时为了方便地对汽车轮毂轴承寿命进行准确预估,利用JAVA等相关软件开发了威布尔分布应用程序;利用某公司研制的轮毂轴承模拟试验机,对合格的轮毂轴承成品进行数据采集,运用开发的应用程序圆满地解决了威布尔分布理论在计算中遇到很大困难的问题;为了验证应用程序的准确性,对同样的轮毂轴承进行了ADAMS动力学仿真对比,结果表明开发的威布尔应用程序预估数值非常可靠。

Abstract:Aiming at the tedious calculation of Weibull distribution parameters, and in order to estimate the life of automobile hub bearing conveniently, the application program of Weibull distribution is developed by using Java and other related software. By using the wheel bearing simulation test machine developed by a company, the data of qualified wheel bearing finished products are collected, and the application program successfully solves the difficult problem in the calculation of Weibull distribution theory. In order to verify the accuracy of the application, ADAMS dynamics simulation comparisons were performed on the same hub bearing. The results show that the estimation of Weibull application is very reliable.
