| Abstract: | Scientific development outlook comprises the reigning consciousness of factuality and innovation, the reigning tenet of human oriented and the reigning way of macroscopic compatible command. It is a seientific answer to how to develop based on the experience and lessons of sixty-years CPC＇s reigning, is a scientific summary and theory which the CPC explore the reigning orderliness and construction, and it has an important theoretical and realistic significance in constructing socialist harmonious society, all-around comfortable soeiety and reigning party. |
