| 摘 要： | 以不同苗龄的离体小麦叶片为材料，本文研究了光、渗透胁迫和激素对小麦叶片叶绿素含量的影响。结果表明：光低浓度的吲哚乙酸和激动素均可延缓小麦叶片的衰老；而脱落酸、氯化钠和聚乙二醇均可加速小麦叶片的衰老。

| Abstract: | This paper deals with effects of light,osmotic stress and hormones on chlorohyll content and senescence of theat leaves in vitro.The results showed that light,lowconcentration IAA and CK delayed senescence of wheat leaves.ABA,Nad,PEG accelerated senescence of wheat lewes. |
