摘    要:建立了用极谱法测定树莓中维生素C的方法.该方法操作简单、灵敏度高,不受测量过程中维生素C的氧化对测定的影响,维生素C质量浓度在6~120 mg/L范围内有良好的线性关系,检测限为1 mg/L.对树莓中的维生素C质量分数进行5次平行实验,相对偏差为0.586%.回收率为91.4%~98.7%.

Abstract:Established the method of polarography determination of vitamin C in raspberry.The method is characterized by high sensitivity,simple operation,and the oxidation of vitamin C during determination is unaffected for the determination,the polarographic peak is well linearly with the concentration over the range of 6 ~ 120 mg/L for vitamin C,and the detection limit for vitamin C was 1 mg/L.The content of vitamin C in raspberry for 5 parallel determinations,the relative deviation of the method was 0.586 %,and the recovery rate was 91.4%~98.7 %.
