摘    要:建立了热障涂层在不同氧化阶段的等效电路,确立了等效电路中各元件参数与阻抗表征值之间的关系,确定了各元件的参数值,以达到对热障涂层微观结构以及TGO(其界面氧化物称为热生成氧化物(TGO))生长过程的检测.运用EQU软件模拟发现,等效电路阻抗谱与实测阻抗谱有很好的一致性,同时等效电路中参数值的计算与模拟的结果符合得很好.

Abstract:The simple equivalent circuits of thermal barrier coatings at different oxidation periods were proposed. The relationship between impedance spectroscopy and the parameters of the equivalent circuit of TBCs has been analyzed, meanwhile, the parameters of the equivalent circuit have been analytically obtained, so as to evaluate the degradation and the growth of TGO (The oxidation between ceramic coat and bond coat was named as thermal growth oxidation, i.e., TGO) in TBCs. It was found that the results of the impedance spectroscopy were fit to an idealized model circuit and the parameters obtained by the model were in good agreement with the simulated results by EQU program.
