摘    要:本文介绍了一种在大的微波系统优化中非常有效的方法——分离法.本文是将总的优化问题化为一系列子优化问题,在每个子优化问题中都用电路响应最灵敏的参数组成目标函数.这样就大大地提高了优化的精度和效率.本文运用分离法的基本原理自编了灵敏度分析程序MICSEN,并利用自编的优化程序MICBFGS,成功地提取了微波场效应管模型参数,其精度比传统方法大为提高,计算时间亦大大缩短.

Abstract:Decomposition method--an efficient technique for optimization of large microwave system is presented, in which the overall process is separated into a seriesof partitive optimizing subroutines.The target functions are contructed by the most sensitive variables of responses in the circuit, so that the accuracy and efficiency in the optimizing process will be greatly improved.According to the principles of decomposition method, a sensitivity analysis routine MICSEN is programmed, with which parameters of the microwave FET model are successfully extracted.It not only makes the accuracy much better but also saves a lot of CPU time.
