催化器载体前端造型对其流动特性的影响

摘    要:采用计算流体动力学(CFD)的方法,在一典型催化转化器结构的基础上,研究了催化转化器载体前端造型对其内部流动特性的影响.在保证载体体积不变的条件下,对催化器载体前端进行造型设计,并从流动分布均匀性和压力降的角度,计算比较了标准载体、球形端面载体和锥型端面载体的流动特性.认为对载体前端进行造型可以改善载体前端的入流条件,但要获得较好的流动特性,必须考虑在不同工作条件下载体前端造型结构与扩压器的匹配.

Abstract:The influence of the front shaped monolith on the internal flow of an automotive catalyst converter was studied by using computational fluid dynamic method(CFD).By keeping the fixed volume of the monolith,the front geometry of the monolith was shaped.From the point of flow distribution and pressure loss,the flow characteristics of standard monolith,sphere-shaped monolith and cone-shaped monolith were compared and analyzed.It is found that the shaped monolith can improve the flow condition in the converter.But it should consider the match of the shaped monolith with the geometrical parameters of the diffuser at different operation conditions.
