摘    要:本文提出一种在较复杂对象的情况下如何只采用DCS的算法模块就能组合实现广义预测控制算法的设计方法及其参数的整定方法。为了表明所提出的这种用DCS层组态控制软件模块实现模型预测控制算法的方法的有效性,以非最小相位过程和具有再循环和纯迟延的复杂过程两类复杂对象为例进行了仿真研究,仿真测试表明提出的控制算法可提供类似于广义预测控制的控制性能。

Abstract:This thesis proposes a novel implementation of GPC using only the DCS configuration control software blocks augmented in such a way as to mimic advanced model-based control for more complicated controlled plant and engineering tuning rules of the parameters of the control algorithm.Two closed-loop control simulations are used to demonstrate the effectiveness of the design method.The first simulation shows that the novel implementation of GPC using only the DCS configuration control software blocks is as effective as GPC when the complicated process is non-minimum phase with no time delay.The second example is a complicated process with recycle and time delays.The simulation shows that the proposed algorithm was able to provide control performance similar to that of generalized predictive control,too.
