摘    要:合成了四(对甲氧基苯基)卟啉锌,利用荧光光谱法分别研究了pH值、溶剂和四(对甲氧基苯基)卟啉锌的浓度对四(对甲氧基苯基)卟啉锌与牛血清白蛋白相互作用的影响.由实验数据计算出了该卟啉与牛血清白蛋白的双分子猝灭过程速率常数Kq=4.23×1012L.mol-1.s-1、结合常数KA=3.48×105L.mol-1和结合数n=1.19.结果表明,四(对甲氧基苯基)卟啉锌与牛血清白蛋白之间发生了荧光猝灭作用.

Abstract:Meso tetramethoxyphenyl porphyrin zinc complexes were synthesized.The effects of pH,solvent and meso tetramethoxyphenyl porphyrin zinc concentration on interaction between porphyrin zinc complexes and bovine serum albumin were investigated by fluorescence spectrum.The quenching rate constant Kq,the binding constant KA,and the number of combination n were calculated to be 4.23×1012 L·mol-1·s-1,3.48×105 L·mol-1,and 1.19,respectively.The result indicated that the quenching action between porphyrin zinc complexes and bovine serum albumin was happened.
