| 摘 要： | 介绍超声光栅的形成原理，解释如何利用超声光栅衍射来测量液体中的声速；通过水和乙醇中的声速测量，分析和比较实验结果，得出相应的结论，同时也提出其他的测量方法进行比较：对基于超声光栅衍射测量液体中声速的理论，给出一些讨论和思考。
