狭叶锦鸡儿(Caragana stenophylla Pojark)绒毡层变化的亚显微结构研究

本文报道小孢子发育和雄配子体形成过程中绒毡层的变化.有下列四个主要特点:1)小孢子母细胞时期,绒毡层细胞质中质体和小泡丰富,并出现前乌氏体;2)四分饱子时期,绒毡层细胞质中产生大量粗糙内质网;3)单核花粉粒时期,绒毡层细胞质中内质网消失,出现大量多泡体,并在多泡体中的小泡内沉积电子致密物;4)解体的绒毡层细胞质中含有脂体、脂滴、乌氏体、微粒体等细胞器.处于单核花粉粒时期的雄配子体,在细胞中央的细胞质中含有高尔基体、线粒体等细胞器,而在靠近细胞壁的细胞质中粗糙内质网发达,同时还有丰富的质体和线粒体.

The Ultrastructural Aspect of the Changes of the Tapetum in Caragana stenophylla Pojark

The development and degeneratement of tapetum in Caragana stenophylla pojark are as follow:1)At Mmc stage,there are rich in plastids,small vacuoles in the tapetum cytoplasm,at the same time,Pro-ubisch bodies appear;2)The profuse rough endoplasmic reticulums are observed at tetrad stage;3)In the uninuclear stage, the polyvesiculate bodies and Lipid bodies are found in the tapetum cytoplasm,and the endoplasmic reticu- lums disappear;4)After the tapetum degenerated completely,the cytoplasm with lipid bodies,ubisch bodies and orbicules flows into the anther lumen.In the stage of uninuclear microspore,there are abundent rough ER,mitochondrions and plastid in the cytoplasm near the microspore cell wall,and near the cell centre,there are a lot of dictoysomes and mitochon drions.
