| 摘 要： | 利用协整技术，从具体个股而不是从整个大盘的角度出发，来分析公司股价和公司经营业绩之间的关系，从微观的角度探讨股票市场的理性问题．实证的结果表明，公司的经营业绩与股票的价格不存在协整关系，即股价与公司的经营业绩脱钩．因此，在我国证券市场，基本面的分析对证券分析无任何作用；整个市场以投机行为为主；投资者的行为没有理性．

| Abstract: | In this paper, the authors use co-integrate method to analysis the specific securities instead of the Index. In the result,we find no co-integrate relation between prices and returns of companies management. This means that the stock market can't reflect the real economy. At the mean time ,the behavior of investors is unreasonable. |
