| 摘 要： | 旅游景区开发建设综合效益定量评价模型可以对景区开发建设的效益进行评价,为投资提供一种定量的可行性分析.景区开发建设效益综合评价是对经济效益、社会效益、环境效益和心理效应等4个效益的定量评价数据的综合.旅游景区开发建设综合效益定量评价模型在龙门石窟景区开发建设综合效益的5年期定量评价中有很好的表现,说明本模型是一个行之有效的模型.

| Abstract: | The quantitative evaluation model of comprehensive benefits of scenic area can provide the quantitative feasibility analysis on investment of quantitative evaluation mode of comprehensive benefits of scenic area. The model is based on the synthesis of economic benefits, social benefits, environmental benefits and psychological effect. It has good performance in the empirical research on Longmen Grottoes. It is an effective mode of quantita- tive evaluation mode of comprehensive benefits on scenic area. |
