| 摘 要： | 目的探讨护理干预对无创性机械通气在急性左心衰竭病人中的效果观察。方法将30例运用无创性机械通气的病人随机分为对照组15例,干预组15例。对照组采用常规护理、干预组加以护理干预,比较两组病人恐惧的程度和并发症的发生率及配合治疗的程度。结果干预组病人,恐惧及并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.01),配合治疗的程度明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论护理干预能减轻无创性机械通气病人的恐惧,减少减轻并发症,提高其依从性。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the effect on acute left heart failure with nursing intervention in noninvasive ventilation.Methods: 30 cases with acute left heart failure were randomly divided into control group and interference group.The former only received conventional nursing care and the latter also received nursing intervention in noninvasive ventilation.The rate of complications,degree of fear and obedient condition were used for evaluating the patient s quality of nurse.Results: There were significant deference between control group and interference group in the rate of complications,degree of fear and functional condition(P<0.01),and the latter was superior to the former.Conclusions: Interference nursing care is better than conventional measures only.It could alleviate the fear from the patients and improve their obedience. |
