基于Modelica的直线电机控制系统建模与仿真研究

摘    要:Modelica是一种新型建模语言,采用代数微分方程对机电领域组件和耦合关系进行统一描述,适合于机电产品的建模与仿真。应用Modelica研究直线电机控制系统性能是一种新方法。在建立直线电机控制系统数学模型的基础上,展示了系统、电/机转换部件Modelica模型的建立过程。对系统进行图形化和语言化建模,实现了基于开源平台OpenModelica的模型仿真及结果输出;与基于Simulink的系统模型仿真进行对比,结果基本一致。

Abstract:Modelica is a new modeling language adopting algebraic differential equation(DAE) to describe components and coupling in Mechatronics.Modelica is applicable for the modeling and simulation of mechanitronical products.It is a new method to apply Modelica to studying the performance of linear motor control system.Based on the mathematical model of linear motor control system,the process to establish the Modelica model of system and Electrical / Mechanical converter was exhibited.By graphical and language modeling of the system,the model simulation and results output were achieved based on the open source platform-OpenModelica.Compared to the simulation of system model based on Simulink,the results are consistent.
