| 摘 要： | 双边垄断模型是供应链管理问题中最基本的模型,也是研究其他复杂模型的基础。对该模型的已有研究主要是围绕确定产品的定价、定购量进行,假设生产商主导。而本文则在此基础上进一步考虑生产商R&D、零售商服务因素对渠道竞争的影响,并比较不同渠道结构下(即生产商主导、零售商主导和垂直纳什均衡)均衡结果的差异,探讨渠道结构对参与各方决策变量及利润的影响作用。

| Abstract: | Bilateral monopoly model is the most basic model in the studying of supply chain management, and it is a (foundation) to research other complicated models too. Previous papers are mainly on pricing and quantity ordering, supposing manufacturer's leading power. Based on it, this article considers the impact on channel competition of the manufacturers' R&D, the retailers' service, and presents the differences of equilibrium results under different channel structure (namely manufacturer leading, retailer leading and vertical Nash equilibrium), and probes into the influences of the channel structure on each side's decision variables and profit. |
