国内外海岛旅游开发研究

分析了国内外海岛旅游兴起的历史过程及其原因，归纳了岛旅游的旅游资源特点，在此基础上设计了海岛旅游康体休闲活动及服务设施的布局模式，指出了海岛旅游设施的空间布局规律并分析了这种空间布局规律的原因：最后，探讨了海岛旅游的开发机构、融资方式以及海岛旅游对社区环境影响等问题。

Research on the island tourism development

This paper analyses the historical process and reasons of the rising island tourism at home and abroad, and discusses the resource characteristics of island tourism. Based on the above studies, this paper designs the model of recreation activities and related service facilities of island tourism, deals with the spatial construction laws of island tourism facilities, and analyses the reasons of the kind of spatial location model for island tourism facilities. At last, this paper simply discusses the island tourism development organizations, the financing of island tourism development, the island tourism impacts on the social, economic, and ecological environment of the local community.
