| 摘 要： | 制度与情感在现代化医院管理中发挥着积极有效的作用,作为转型期的公立医院,管理者要让制度与情感在管理活动中充分协调,以达到最大化的管理效果,只有坚持制度与情感两个轮子有机组合,双管其下,协同管理发挥作用,才能驱动医院高效率地运行。
