| 摘 要： | 采取微波消解技术使样品头发溶解后，用火焰原子吸收法和石墨炉原子吸收法对其中９ 种微量金属元素进行了测定。结果表明，微波消解技术处理头发具有节时、省力、污染小、节约试剂、消解完全等优点。将此法用于测定人发成分标准物质 Ｇ Ｂ Ｗ ９０１０１， Ｇ Ｂ Ｗ ０７６０１ 中９ 种元素，都能取得满意的准确度和精密度。

| Abstract: | The elem ents of hum an hair w ere m easured by A A S,the sam ples w ere digested by m icrow ave,w hich is of som e m erits:saving tim e,saving agents,being easy digested,less polution. The m ethod has beenapplied to the analysis of m etal in standard reference m aterials,i.e. G B W 09101, G B W 07601 and the re sults of good precision and excellent accuracy w ere show n to be satisfactory. |
