流量堰板与挡板改为耐蚀塑料板的实践分析

摘    要:针对中铝山西分公司煤气分厂循环水系统的钢制流量堰板及挡板受到严重腐蚀的现状,提出了用硬聚氯乙烯塑料替代的方案,并对硬聚氯乙烯塑料的特点、寿命、应用前景及经济效益进行了分析。

Abstract:In the light of the present situation that the steel flow weir plate and baffle plate equipped in the circulating water system of the gas-making plant of Chinese Aluminum Company Shanxi Branch have been corroded seriously, this paper puts forward the replacing scheme of the hard PVC plastic plate, and analyzes on the features, service life, application prospect and economic benefit of the hard PVC plastic.
