LD 温控装置设计与实验研究

摘    要:研究了一个实用化的LD温度控制装置,利用高精度宽温温度传感器、双向控制的半导体致冷器及自动温控电路,通过单片机实行多功能智能化控制.该装置兼有实时温度检测功能,实验结果表明装置能很好地保证LD的工作环境.

Abstract:A practical temperature control device for LD has been studied. It is consisted of a high precision wide range temperature sensor, a semiconductor refrigerator with two way control and an automatic temperature control circuit. Multifunction intelligent control is realized by single chip microcomputer. The device is also able to carry out real time temperature measurement. The experimental results show that the device can well guarantee the working environment of LD.
