| 摘 要： | “对口支援”工作是贯彻国家西部大开发战略的重要举措，其旨在缩短东西部地区的高等教育差距，保持东西部地区的教育及经济社会的协调发展。本文以中国科学技术大学对口支援西南科技大学为例，总结了对口支援工作十年来的成效，并以此为基础，分析了目前对口支援工作中存在的一些问题，提出了相应的改进对策。
