| 摘 要： | 图书馆对大学物质文化建设的促进作用体现在两个方面：图书馆建筑是展现大学文化特质的载体，体现着大学的历史底蕴、人文精神和理想追求；图书馆丰富的藏书为营造一种多元文化兼容并包的人文精神、自由争辩的学术氛围奠定了坚实的物质基础。
