| 摘 要： | 目的为衡量居住区项目改造方案的可持续性,对改造方案进行定量与定性相结合的科学评价。方法运用ANP网络分析法结合可持续发展的理论对陕西省特有的下沉式窑居聚落项目进行评估分析,以选择最优的改造方案。结果保护性项目改造方案对于窑居聚落的发展具有更积极的意义。结论 ANP网络分析法可以克服其他评价方法所难于克服的一致性问题,使得决策结果更符合实际。

| Abstract: | Aim Sustainability assessment on residential areas needs to be furnished with scientific methods integrated with qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis on reform plans.Methods Evaluating the reform plans of Sunken-Cave Settlement in Shaanxi Province in application of ANP and sustainable development theory.Results The protective reform plan shows a more positive meaning than the other two.Conclusion The decision result will be more consistent with the actual situation in ANP method. |
