新型捕收剂浮选锂辉石和绿柱石

摘    要:通过浮选实验研究了油酸钠、 C7-9羟肟酸、十二烷基磺酸钠和新型两性捕收剂YOA-15对锂辉石和绿柱石的捕收性能. 研究结果表明: 十二烷基磺酸钠在强酸性介质条件下对锂辉石和绿柱石具有一定的捕收能力, 在中性和碱性条件下不具有捕收能力;C7-9羟肟酸和油酸钠对这2种矿物的捕收能力相近, 在中性条件下对绿柱石的捕收能力较强, 在整个pH值范围内对锂辉石的捕收性能很弱;YOA-15在酸性条件下对2种矿物具有很强的捕收能力, 在中性和碱性条件下捕收效果一般;经碱擦洗后, 2种矿物的可浮性均得到增强;在中性和碱性条件下, YOA-15的捕收性能强于油酸钠及其他类捕收剂的捕收性能;加入少量的Fe3 可使锂辉石和绿柱石充分活化, 最佳活化pH值为中性;Ca2 在用量较大时才体现出对锂辉石和绿柱石的活化, 其最佳活化pH值为强碱性.

Abstract:Various collectors were used in the flotation of spodumene and beryl,including sodium oleate,C_(7-9) alkyl hydroxamic acid,sodium dodecyl sulphonate and a new collector YOA-15.The results indicate that sodium dodecyl sulphonate can float spodumene and beryl to some degree at low pH values,while it can hardly float any of these minerals in neutral or alkaline pH values;C_(7-9) alkyl hydroxamic acid has the same effect on the two minerals nearly as sodium oleate,the flotation recovery of beryl is the highest at neutral pH values comparatively,while the flotation recovery of spodumene is very low throughout the whole range of pH value;a high flotation efficiency of these minerals can be achieved by using YOA-15 at acidic pH values,while the flotation recovery at neutral or alkaline pH values is lower.After alkaline leaching of the two minerals,the flotation recovery increases,YOA-15 is the most efficient collector compared with sodium(oleate)and all of other collectors.Fe~(3+) activates sufficiently spodumene and beryl at a low concentration and at neutral pH values.Ca~(2+) can activate the minerals sufficiently only at a high(enough) concentration and at very high pH values.
