热处理炉炉膛内空间温度场建模与检测

摘    要:为了能更有效地对热处理炉的炉膛温度进行观测和控制,从而提高热处理的质量,在Marc-hing Cube算法的基础上,建立了炉膛内空间温度场的数字模型,利用最小二乘法进行了等温面上点的坐标及各点法向量等参数的求解,并进行了等温面的绘制和模型误差分析。实验结果表明,该模型使用简单,相对误差小于1%。

Abstract:In order to observe and control the temperature field in the heat treatment furnace more effectively and to improve the treated quality,the digital model of hearth space of spatial temperature field in hearth space on the basis of Marching Cube algorithm was built.Parameters such as the coordinates of the points in isothermal surface and the normal vector of each point etc.were calculated using least square method.Then isothermal surface was drawn and the model error was analyzed.Experimental results show that this model is convenient to use and its relative error is less than 1%.
