| Abstract: | As the rapid development of Internet, for the purpose of communicating effectively and vividly in English on the net, a new language has been created, which is called cyber English. Grasp the word-formation and features of cyber English, and the latest and fashionable oral English is useful to improve the ability of communication, and make the language used as its original function communicating. |
