| 摘 要： | 事故灾害一直是制约煤炭企业发展的突出问题 ,安全管理激励机制的科学、合理与否与安全生产水平息息相关。基于现代激励理论本文研究分析了安全激励机制 ,首次提出并论述了煤矿安全去激励因素 ,这有助于深化对事故防御及安全管理与监察的理解 ,有助于推动煤矿安全管理的现代化 ,提高煤矿安全生产水平。 |

| Abstract: | Accidents and disasters have been an outstanding problem which restricts the development of coal mines. Scientific safety incentive mechanisms are closely linked with the safety level of coal mines. The article discusses the safety incentive mechanisms and the safety dismissing incentive factors in detail, which are helpful and important for coal mines to promote modernization of safety management and to raise the safety level further. |
