| 摘 要： | 周砥是元末吴中地区重要的雅集唱和诗人，其生平记载多有矛盾与纰误。考证他的籍贯、生卒年、字号、子嗣、荆南倡和的时间与地点几个问题，以期更加接近史实，为周砥的研究提供更加详实的资料。

| Abstract: | Zhou Di is one of the important poets of Wuzhong literary salon in the end of Yuan Dynasty. There are many contradictions and error in the records of his lifetimes. This paper covers several problems with his native place, dates of birth and death, style name and pseudonym , his offsrings and the Jingnan literary salon’s time and place. |
