| 摘 要： | 本文对上海、广州、武汉三大城市建国以来工业结构及工业生产率的演变进行了比较研究。三大城市的工业发展史表明.促进城市工业生产率增长有两种途径,一种途径是把追求经济增长作为最高目标,另一种途径是在优化经济结构的前提下,从推动工业结构合乎规律的转换中求效益,求速度;后一种途径因其具有内在的合理性,故可促进工业生产率的大幅度提高。

| Abstract: | A comparative study is made on the evelutional hisstory since liberation of the industrial strueture and the industrial produetivity of three important munieipalities; Shanghai, Guangzhou and Wuhan. The story of the three cities indicates: there are two approaehes to the ceonomie growth in big cities one is to make ceonomie growth te supreme target; the other is to attain benefit and speed on the premise that the ceonomie strueture be optimized and the industrial strueture be logieally transformed. The latter approaeh, beeause of its intrinsic reasonableness, is capable of stimulating the productivity to inerease by big margins. |
