压力厚壁筒结构概率疲劳断裂寿命的灵敏性分析

摘    要:关于各个因素对厚壁筒结构疲劳断裂寿命影响大小的研究具有重要意义。利用最新提出的用各因素灵敏梯度和灵敏度因子分析灵敏性的新方法,对压力厚壁筒结构的概率疲劳断裂寿命进行了灵敏性分析,认为在影响耐压厚壁筒概率疲劳断裂寿命的诸多因素中,材料特性常数c,n的影响比其他因素大得多,c,n的精确性是计算或评估厚壁筒结构疲劳寿命的关键因素,所得结果对压力厚壁筒结构的设计、制造与使用提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Sensitivity analysis of structural fatigue life of thick-walled cylinder is very important for the design and operation of cylinder structures.Based on the newly developed theory of sensitivity grads for calculating sensitivity factors and the traditional method of calculating the stress intensity factors of thick-walled cylinders,sensitivity analysis of probability fatigue life of thick-walled cylinders with internal pressure is carried out.The results show that the material characteristic parameters are more effective than the other parameters of cylinder structures.The research methods and results in this study can provide a theoretical reference for the design and manufacture of thick-walled cylinders with internal pressure.
