光质和光强对青钱柳生长和抗氧化酶活性的影响

摘    要:【目的】青钱柳是我国特有的单种属植物,具有材用、观赏和药用价值,通过研究青钱柳在不同光质和光强处理下的生理生化适应性,为青钱柳叶用人工林定向培育提供理论依据。【方法】以青钱柳当年生实生苗为试验材料,在人工气候室恒温恒湿的条件下,设置白光、红光、蓝光、绿光和紫光5种光质和低(500μmol/(m2·s))、中(750μmol/(m~2·s))、高(1 000μmol/(m~2·s))3种光强梯度处理,测定青钱柳的生长指标和抗氧化酶活性。【结果】不同光质和光强处理对青钱柳幼苗各项生长指标和抗氧化酶活性有显著影响,且光质、光强两者存在显著的交互作用(P0.05)。不论在何种光质条件下,青钱柳苗木的苗高、地径增长量和生物量等生长指标均随着光强的增加呈上升趋势,而SOD、POD和CAT的活性则随着光强的增加呈现下降趋势。红光和蓝光处理下的青钱柳幼苗长势最好,但抗氧化酶活性显著较低;而绿光和紫光处理的青钱柳苗木长势较差,但抗氧化酶活性显著较高。【结论】光质和光强显著影响青钱柳幼苗生长和抗氧化酶活性,高光强水平下的红光和蓝光对青钱柳幼苗的生长有利,可为青钱柳复合经营林分结构构建提供参考。

Abstract:Objective] Cyclocarya paliurus,which is native to China,is grown for its fine timber and medicinal properties.The objective of the present study was to investigate the effects of light quality and intensity on the growth and antioxidative properties of C.paliurus seedlings,in order to establish a basis for directional cultivation.Method] Current year C.paliurus seedlings were grown in artificial climate chambers under one of five types of light (white,red,blue,green and violet light),one of three levels of light intensity (500,750 and 1 000 μmol/(m2· s),and constant temperature and humidity,and the groups' growth indices and antioxidative activity were measured.Result] Both the light quality and intensity,as well as their interaction,significantly affected the growth indices and antioxidant enzyme activity of the C.paliurus seedlings.Seedling height,diameter and biomass generally increased with increasing light intensity,whereas the SOD(superoxide dismutase),POD (peroxidase) and CAT(catalase) activities decreased.The highest seedling height,base diameter and biomass were achieved under the red and blue light treatments,whereas the lowest values were observed under the green and purple light treatments.On the contrary,the SOD,POD and CAT activities of C.paliurus seedlings were significantly lower under the red and blue light treatments than under the green and purple light treatments.Conclusion] The growth indices and antioxidant enzyme activity of C.paliurus seedlings are significantly modified by both light quality and intensity and that high-intensity red and blue light have the greatest positive effects on the growth of C.paliurus seedlings.Furthermore,these results provide a reference for establishing a C.paliurus agroforestry management system.
