多元智能理论指导下的大学英语分层教学

摘    要:统一教学目的、教学方法和教学内容的传统大学英语教学模式,不仅制约了当代学生英语应用能力的培养,也造成了英语教学费时低效,严重影响了教学效果。加德纳的多元智能理论为这一问题的解决提供了新视角。探讨如何将多元智能理论运用到大学英语教学中进行分层教学,既可以弥补我国当前大学英语教学中存在的诸多不足之处,还有利于促进我国大学英语教学效果和学生全面素质的提高。

Abstract:The traditional college English teaching with the same teaching goal, same teaching method and same teaching contents not only has restricted cultivating students'actual application ability, but also has influenced the teaching effect. Canader's Theory of Multiple Intelligences provides a new view to solve this problem. Implementing the college English teaching with Theory of Multiple Intelligences, the teachers can both eke out the problems of their teaching, and also increase the college English teaching effect and students ' inner quality.
