| Abstract: | Knowledge economy calls for personnel with innovation quality, and colleges and universities are the bases to train this type of personnel. To train the personnel's innovation quality is to train their innovation consciousness, thought and ability. It is a composite process with synthesis, so our ways of thinking should be broadened, and various methods and measures should be combined. |
