| Abstract: | The objective of the MIS feasibility study is to analyze the necessity, possibility and the schemes to be used for a system to be developed in its initial stage so as to provide reliable scientific basis for the investment decision making.Four steps are needed in an MIS feasibility study, namely, feasibilty study on application conditions, preliminary feasibility study, thorough feasibility study, and evaluation and decision making.The feasibility study on application conditions is aimed to investigate then e-cessity of developing an MIS. preliminary feasibility study is for the purpose of investigating the possibility. Its aim is to carry out the application environmental, technological and economic analysis tentatively. Thorough feasibility study is intended to study at length the system to be developed with different schemes or for comparison. Opinions of the goals the necessity and possibility of the MIS to be developed should be proposed.In the evaluation and decision making stage, experts are invited to discuss and appraise the final study report. |
