新生儿脐血瘦素水平的初步研究

目的:研究脐血瘦素水平与新生儿性别、孕周、出生体重、身高、体重指数及胎盘重量的关系。方法:应用酶联免疫法(ELISA)测定脐血瘦素水平,共测定了46份样本,运用统计学方法分析其与新生儿性别、孕周、出生体重、身高、体重指数BMI(即体重除以身高的平方,单位为kg·m~(-2)及与胎盘重量等的关系。结果:脐血瘦素水平与出生体重、身高、体重指数及胎盘的重量有着显著性相关,而男女性别间脐血瘦素水平无显著性差异。结论:脐血瘦素水平与新生儿孕周、出生体重、身高、体重指数及胎盘重量有密切关系,临床测定脐血瘦素水平对预测胎儿出生体重和生长发育有重要意义。

The Primary Research on the Concentration of Leptin in New born Babys' Cord Blood

To investigate the rcletionship between the concentration of leptin with the sex, fetal weight, fetal height, fetal body mass index, gestational age and placental weight. Methods: Leptin concentrations in the serums of cord blood in 46 newborns(male=29, femal = 17, gestational age 31-41 weeks, birth weigh 1.6-3.8 kg, birth height 35-52 cm) were measured by ELISA. The results were analyzed using SAS statistic software. Results: Leptin concentrations in the serums of cord blood were positively correlated with birth weight ( r =0.463, P<0.01), birth height (r= 0.358, P<0.05),body mass index (r = 0.328, P< 0.05) ,gestational weeks( r = 0.49, P<0.01) and placental weight(r = 0.363, P<0.05). Serum leptin levels of male neonates(7.43±10.03ng/mL) were not significantly different from those of female neonate(8.87±13.15 ng/mL) . Conclusion: There is significant relationship between the cord serum leptin and the fetal growth. They will be used as a meaningful parameter in evaluating fetal growth practically.
