元代描写包公的戏有18种之多(含失传者),包公的历史原形如何,为什么被塑造成清官形象?提到包公人们便用铁面无私执法如山来形容,然而那个时代所执行的法是封建社会的王法,绝不是民众所期望的公正严明的民法,故而包公只能以谋代法,包公为什么尚智?其社会根由是什么?这些问题值得探究.
