| 摘 要： | 以北京师范大学与国家青年女篮为对象,通过活动平台测试法、对比分析法等,将2个组的最大摄氧量(maximal oxygen consumption,Vmax(O2))以及其他有氧耐力相关指标的数据进行研究分析,结果显示:国家青年女篮的有氧耐力水平明显高于北京师范大学女篮,这与运动员身体成分中的体质量、身高、去脂体质量和脂肪质量有很大的关系,并对此提出相关性的建议作为北京师范大学女篮今后努力的方向,为训练水平的提高提供有力的参考.

| Abstract: | A comparison was made in this work of Beijing Normal University Women's Basketball Team and China National Junior Women's Basketball Team. Comparative study and activity-platform-test were done. Vmax(O2) and other relevant indicators of aerobic endurance were compared.
